This was a bonus basement space for this sweet young family. They had recently finished construction on their ranch style home facing the open space of the Rocky Mountain Arsenal on the far North side of Central Park, and this was the remaining unfinished space in their partially finished basement. They already had cozy family space, so this basement addition was tasked with grown-up functions only, including a spacious home gym, luxe bathroom with full wet room, and a roomy private office. We had a nice floor plan, so I got to help with all the finish selections. This couple wasn't shy about color or pattern, which is always so much fun. The layered blues and blue-greens in this bathroom are magic — from intricate pattern on the floor, to high drama quartz with a hint of metallic detail, to gorgeous watercolor blue-green wet room walls with double shower controls and deep soaking tub, everything about this bathroom is perfection. Top it off with jewel tone paint colors and brass fixtures throughout the entire space, and nothing about this space feels like a basement. Mission accomplished!

“Tashia was so helpful, not only from start to finish, but beyond that! I asked Tashia to create an idea board, as I was overwhelmed by the options out there for decor. Tashia was able to take my convoluted description of what I hoped to achieve and distill it to a few beautiful pieces that fit my taste and budget. My project occurred in phases and she continued to guide me throughout the process so I could feel assured that I was making the right choice. She pivoted when needed, was excellent with communication, timely, and wonderful to work with.”
