I worked with this family a few years back on a basement project, and they asked for help getting the remainder of the house prepared to sell. The home is gorgeous, with rich wood flooring and millwork, high ceilings, and really stunning bones, so it was easy to work with the beautiful foundation and layer on jewels to attract the perfect next family.
We revamped the kitchen, with a truly stunning marble mosaic backsplash tile, dramatic Cambria Quartz countertops, workstation sink, bridge faucet, and new lights, setting the tone for new lighting throughout. Upstairs bathrooms got a facelift, and we lightened and brightened the paint throughout making the house feel even more grand and spacious.
No surprise — it sold in a jiffy in a tougher-than-average real estate market in Denver. The only downside, when the clients walked through the finished product, they said "well now we don't want to leave!" That's why I recommend you do the work when you get all the glory of enjoying the finished product.
